'Outside the bag' thinking has brought the industry its first real substitute for the golf bag. The Club Frame Golf Club Carrier was designed as a substitute for the Sunday Golf Bag but its light weight and easy transportability have put it into use everyday as well. The Club Frame weighs less than two pounds and will hold 10 golf clubs, 6 golf balls, and includes a pouch for tees, tools and whatnots. It features a shoulder strap for easy carrying. The Club Frame Golf Club Carrier receives high marks from golfers who have tried it. We first viewed the Club Frame Golf Club carrier at the 2001 PGA show in Orlando. To be honest, we were not impressed. The "fit and finish" was awkward, and the price was too high. But, the idea and general design were interesting. Now, the folks at Club Frame have spruced the Club Frame Golf Club Carrier up and it is looking good. And more importantly, it now retails for about half of what it did initially. |
